		<description>I think we have the most important unity which is a common goal. Everyone is not going to agree on the best tactics etc. What we need are frameworks that allow all the diversity within the movement to be an asset rather than a conflict. We need to be different and moving forward at the same time. This is not the same thing as everyone agreeing on everything which simply is not going to happen.

Committee decision and the attempt to make everyone say the same thing is part of why we lost Prop 8.</description>
